In the city of Sanctum the rogue AI Deva and her army of transhuman Knights keep humanity under her Fascist thumb. You are a Sinner, a cyberpunk with a stolen cybernetic Case and little else to lose. You and your gang will stop at nothing to see Sanctum free again.

Each character builds themselves around the titular statistics of Sexy, Cyborg, and Crime while using their suite of dynamic Casemods to interact with the grim future of Sanctum. Sexy Cyborg Crime’s rules fit neatly into a singular GM Screen letting you skip the lengthy setup and get right into the action. Four D8’s and a disdain for tyranny is all anyone needs to step into the boots of a Sinner.

SINNERS

Gangs of cybernetically enhanced agents bent on bringing an end to Deva’s tyrannical hold over Sanctum and its people. Deva’s obsession with moral purity lead her down a path of intolerance for the imperfection of human beings. The Sinners take the names of their gangs from the demons of lost folklore so that they may taunt their inhuman oppressors.

THE AKUMA

A collection of surreptitious tycoons and financiers who specialize in espionage and cutting-edge gadgetry. The Akuma’s Shinobi are peerless spies and assassins.

ANANSI

Renouned as hacktivists, Anansi mine for the tawdry data that transform cultural elites into social pariahs. From hideous scandals to uncouth conspiracies the Anansi are a profound source of terror among the powerful and incautious.

APOPHIS

Experts in hacking Sanctum’s false sky, Apophis’ agents - known as Serpents - are well-employed by the city’s cadre of criminals who sin better under cover of night.

THE BAALS

Little better than mercenaries for the highest bidder, the Baals have few recruiting qualms rendering them a vast but disorganized rabble.

THE BANSHEE

In Deva’s Sanctum gatherings in the hundreds are strictly forbidden to keep mortals in ever-pliable isolation. The Banshee are a gang of underground DJs who have developed a data transfer system carried on soundwaves. Great plots have been forged on the Banshee dance floors during their rogue data-raves.

LA CATRINAS

A gang of women who were forced to feign death to leave their old lives behind them. Catrinas don extensive skeletal tattoos both to cloak their identity and mark them amongst the dead.

THE GORGONS

Dwelling in Sactum’s sewers the Gorgons hold sway over its most unseen realm. Few are safe within the warrens below the city’s streets and the Gorgons are there to keep it that way.

THE JINN

The Jinn are the best hackers, brokers, and smugglers in Sanctum, well-known for fulfilling the needs and wishes of those able to pay. That said, to meet a Jinn in person is rare indeed as few Jinn risk the dangers of meatspace.

THE LILITHS

The Liliths are a guild of entertainers, escorts, and artists. Liliths focus on mods that enhance their beauty and performance as lovers and performers. While they are not prone to open combat, it is said that Liliths wield sex as well as others wield violence.

THE REVS

Short for Revenants, the Revs are a biker gang infamous for replacing their own bones with steel and wearing their old bones on the outside of their clothing as armor, including their own skull.

THE SHENLONG

The Shenlong are a crime organization bent on the desire for immortality. Their leaders have purportedly lived for countless generations, modding their bodies to endure ever-longer. Their Agents - The Dragons - are well-known for their adherence to tradition and a code of honor.

THE WENDIGO

The Wendigo are cyber cannibals, willing to kill other cyborgs to add to their collection of scavenged mods. As a result, Wendigos often favor function over form, building a horrific body of spare parts and stolen apparatus.
